Products & Materials
What types of wood do you use for your temples?+
We primarily use seasoned plantation teak wood and Indian rosewood (sheesham). Some products use mango wood or a combination of sheesham and MDF. All wood is chemically treated for termite resistance and longevity.
Are your wooden temples handcrafted or machine-made?+
Every temple, singhasan, and mandir is 100% handcrafted by our team of 25+ master artisans based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. No CNC machines or shortcuts — just skilled hands using traditional carving tools refined over generations.
Can I order a custom-sized wooden temple?+
Yes! We specialize in custom orders. Call us at +91 7977030126 or +91 9096755533 with your preferred dimensions, wood type, and design preferences. We will create a design sketch for your approval before starting.
What finish do you apply to the temples?+
We use a natural polish or satin lacquer coat that enhances the wood grain while protecting the surface. Gold leaf detailing is available on select singhasan and premium temple models.
Do your wall mandirs come with mounting hardware?+
Yes, all wall-mounted mandirs include the necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions. For heavy pieces, we recommend professional installation.

How do I place an order?+

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS), UPI payments, and cash on delivery for local orders. For custom orders, we require a 50% advance payment with the balance due before shipping.
Can I visit your shop to see the temples before buying?+
Absolutely! We have showrooms in Thane (West) and Dombivali (East). We are open Monday-Saturday 10 AM-8 PM and Sunday 10 AM-6 PM. See our contact page for exact addresses.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India. International shipping to USA, UK, UAE, and Australia is available at additional cost — contact us for a quote.
How are the temples packaged for shipping?+
Each piece is packed in a custom-built wooden crate with multi-layer foam inserts to ensure damage-free delivery. We take extra care with large temples — our packaging is designed to survive long-distance transit.
How long does delivery take?+
Ready-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks depending on size and complexity. Delivery within Maharashtra typically takes 3-7 days, rest of India 7-14 days. Check our delivery info page for full details.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean and maintain my wooden temple?+
Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry. Apply furniture wax or teak oil once every 6 months. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the finish.
Is the wood treated for termites?+
Yes, all our wood is chemically treated for termite and borer resistance before crafting begins. The treatment is safe, odorless, and provides long-lasting protection.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you notice any damage.
Do your products come with a warranty?+
All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural issues, finish defects, and craftsmanship problems. Normal wear and tear, damage from mishandling, or exposure to moisture are not covered.
